1. What this is. Match&Collab helps podcast hosts and guests find each other. You post information about yourself or what you're looking for, and the service matches you with other users based on mutual interest.
2. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Your content. You own what you post (bios, episode briefs, talking points, reviews), but you're responsible for it. Don't post anything false, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights.
4. Matching & contact. The service reveals contact details only after both sides express mutual interest. What happens after contact is revealed — scheduling, the actual podcast appearance, any agreement between the parties — is between you and the other user. The service is not a party to it.
5. Paid plans. Some features may require a paid "Pro" subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
6. Termination. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which removes your posts, matches, and reviews. The service may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
7. No warranty. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
